Through individualized baseline evaluations and year-round consulting membership access, our Advancement Consultants map player pathways, identify appropriate league and showcase opportunities, and promote athletes within the MOLE Advancement Network utilized by coaches and scouts across North America. Our consulting model focuses on education, visibility, and strategic planning to help players navigate today’s competitive advancement landscape with clarity and direction.

Traditional hockey advisory services often charge between $1,500–$5,000 annually while managing large client caseloads that can limit individualized communication and monthly outreach. In many cases, families are encouraged toward unnecessary add-on services when what they truly seek is advancement clarity, landscape education, and strategic exposure guidance.

MOLE Hockey Advancement Consulting was designed to streamline this process. Operating within a consulting framework — not a representation model — our Advancement Consultants conduct structured monthly strategy sessions with each athlete, focusing on specific advancement topics such as pathway planning, league benchmarking, exposure mapping, and recruiting education. Each session concludes with an open Q&A segment, allowing players and families to gain direct insight into their unique advancement trajectory.

Consulting members also receive inclusion within the MOLE Hockey Advancement Platform — a trusted network where coaches and scouts across the Midget, Prep, Junior, and Collegiate levels actively source and evaluate emerging talent within the MOLE ecosystem.

MOLE Hockey Advancement Consulting is delivered through structured 60-minute consulting sessions conducted monthly between the athlete and their assigned Advancement Consultant. This format ensures consistent, guaranteed communication — replacing the “constant communication” model often advertised by traditional advisory services but rarely delivered on a dependable monthly basis. While consulting calls are scheduled once per month, members are provided direct text access to their Advancement Consultant for ongoing questions or guidance. Text responses are typically provided within 24 hours (often sooner), though response times are not contractually guaranteed.

Annual Membership Includes
